Junior Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The role involves coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, as this role requires clear and effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities with external agencies (digital, creative, PR, etc.).
• Liaise with internal teams (design, content, sales, e-commerce) to align campaigns with brand objectives.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Maintain and track the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and campaigns.
• Support in reporting and analysis of campaign performance.
• Handle marketing administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
• Contribute ideas and support in building brand presence and engagement.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or agency management.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken (non-negotiable).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
