Junior Legal Associate

As a Junior Associate assigned to eDiscovery document review projects, your role will involve evaluating and interpreting electronic documents to determine their privilege, responsiveness, or relevance to legal matters. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards throughout the document review process. Key Responsibilities: - Perform first-line review for relevancy and privilege on document review projects for high-profile clients and complex cases - Ensure that jobs are completed in accordance with client and industry standards, meeting job specifications and deadlines - Identify key documents, log them in the review tool, and communicate findings to the Team Lead - Focus on accuracy and a first-time right approach to prevent rework - Perform additional tasks or duties as required Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of MS Excel - Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Team player who contributes to creating a positive team environment - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to comprehend complex subject matters - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Familiarity with eDiscovery and Document Review Projects is advantageous Company Additional Details (if applicable): The company offers permanent job positions with a 6-month probation period.
