Real Beez is seeking a Junior Legal Associate to handle civil cases, land dispute matters, sale deed preparations, registration documentation, and legal opinions. The candidate will work closely with our legal advisor and property documentation team to ensure all transactions are compliant, transparent, and legally sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Lease Agreements, MoUs, and Power of Attorney documents.
• Manage civil and property dispute cases in coordination with senior counsel and relevant authorities.
• Handle land documentation, including title verification, encumbrance checks, and property due diligence.
• Prepare and file registration documentation at Sub-Registrar Offices.
• Provide legal opinions on property transactions, land ownership, and real estate investments.
• Liaise with clients, government departments, and legal consultants for smooth case handling.
• Maintain updated legal records, case logs, and compliance reports.
• Support the management in settlement negotiations and case strategy discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in civil law, property documentation, or real estate legal work.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of property laws, civil procedures, and registration processes.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
• Ability to handle multiple cases independently under supervision.
