Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Junior Legal Assistants (2 positions )to join our legal team at LMT Glocal Services. In this role, you will provide essential support, assisting with legal research, document preparation, and case management. Work Location is Thane,

Responsibilities

• Assist with case preparation, including gathering evidence, drafting legal documents, and preparing exhibits
• Conduct legal research using various resources
• Manage and organize case files up to date
• Help compile information for reports, charts, and statistics
• Communicate with teams involved with professional accuracy and timely correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of online court filing systems
• Excellent legal drafting and communications skills and proficiency in the English language (written & spoken)
• Experience in a legal setting, such as internships or coursework related to legal studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
• Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation
• Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
• Basic understanding of legal research databases
• Proficient in document management software and e-filing systems
