Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Awareness Activities

• Execute marketing initiatives such as

  Stem Cell Awareness Week, Mommies Day Out, Antenatal Classes, Gifting Activities, Lucky Draws

  , etc., including on weekends if events are planned.
• Be present at designated

  hospitals and clinics

  to drive awareness and engagement.

2. Counseling & Lead Generation

• Conduct

  in-person counseling sessions

  with expectant parents at assigned maternity hospitals/clinics to educate them about

  cord blood stem cell banking

  as a preventive healthcare measure.
• Distribute educational materials during

  OPD hours

  to generate interest in LifeCell’s services.
• Collect contact details of expectant parents for scheduling family presentations.
  
• Generate and record

  daily leads

  from designated hospitals and clinics.

3. Lead Nurturing & Appointment Scheduling

• Make

  outbound calls

  to convert leads into appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales team for

  follow-ups and conversion tracking

  , ensuring maximum appointment-to-presentation success.

4. On-Ground Presence & Relationship Building

• Maintain regular presence at

  hospitals/clinics

  for counseling, even when no marketing events are planned.
• Stay updated on

  stem cell science advancements

  and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with

  hospital staff

  to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company with professionalism to enhance

  brand credibility

  .

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Enter all

  leads and appointments

  into the company’s

  Lead Management System (LMS)

  daily.
• Maintain and submit

  daily activity logs and performance reports

  for review by the reporting authority.
