Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior IT Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. This is a full-time on-site role that involves rotational night shifts and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about IT sales and international client interaction. The role involves generating leads, managing client accounts, presenting IT solutions, and coordinating with the technical team to support business growth. You will play a crucial role in helping the sales department meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead generation through various online and offline channels Managing and nurturing international client accounts Explaining IT products/services and crafting customized solutions Cold calling and email campaigns for outreach Collaborating with technical teams for proposal development Supporting the achievement of team and individual sales goals  Qualifications: Education: B.Tech, BCA, MCA, plus MBA (preferred specialization in Marketing or IT) Strong understanding of IT products and services Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written Ability to work in rotational night shifts Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic sales automation tools Previous experience in IT/Software sales or in an international sales environment is a plus Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the software industry is an advantage Show more Show less
