Junior Interior Designer

The Interior Designer is responsible for leading interior design development, refining concepts, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and design intent. This role emphasizes collaborative teamwork to deliver innovative and high-quality interior design solutions.

Design & key reasonability areas:

- Create, develop, and refine spatial layouts and design options for interiors.

- Prepare and finalize details related to interior design concepts, including furniture, finishes, and color palettes.

- Coordinate 3D renders to enhance visual presentations.

- Resolve critical design elements and explore innovative opportunities in collaboration with the technical lead and senior architects.

-Understand technical issues and prepare appropriate base drawings/ MEP design grid, etc

- Ensure integration of design intent with technical requirements and project feasibility.

- Finalize space planning, furniture layouts, and finishes, preparing for technical detailing.

- Conceptualize and design all project elements, including partitions, false ceilings, and furniture.

- Collaborate closely with seniors for design approvals, revisions, and feedback.

- Coordinate with vendors for material selections, furniture, and décor items.

- Work with technical team and consultants to ensure realization of design intent.

- Prepare, schedule, and track all interior design deliverables, ensuring timely completion.

- Review and approve all design outputs for quality and adherence to timelines.

- Update and enhance templates, tools, and materials for design presentations and deliverables.
