1. Works closely with others to plan space layout which includes furniture planning, elevations, MEP drawings,etc.
2. Assist and collaborate with seniors.
3. Producing design intent drawings and construction drawings for interior design.
4. Frequent site visits to align with the 2D drawings
5. Good communication skills6. Ensuring efficiency and quality of designs7. Maintaining accurate specification for each project8. Outline client design objectives9. Creating moodboards and client presentations10. Project management skills11. Fast worker is a plus12. Maintaining systematic labelling of files13. Handling design projects from concept to completion14. Listening to feedbacks and improvise design
