Maintain regular follow-ups on interested leads.
Update status and client responses in CRM or Excel sheet.
Schedule meetings, showroom visits, or site consultations with the design team.
Coordinate with designers for availability and share meeting reminders with clients.
Handle basic client queries politely and redirect complex ones to the design head or manager.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, responses, and lead conversion status.
Keep the database clean, organized, and updated daily.
Build rapport and maintain a friendly tone with potential and existing clients.
Address basic concerns about budget, timelines, or design process.
Assist in converting inquiries into consultations and site visits.
Support marketing campaigns by following up on digital or event leads.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Polite, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
Time management and strong follow-up discipline.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time
