Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in kitchen design projects
• 3–5 years preferred in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or furniture projects

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Roster-based
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives: Performance-based

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior Interior Designer with strong practical experience in kitchen design and modular furniture execution.

This is an end-to-end role, covering 3D designing, technical drawings, client coordination, site visits, and execution supervision.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing projects from concept to final installation with accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create kitchen and modular furniture designs using 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Develop layouts, 3D renders, and detailed technical drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, and modular units
• Handle projects end-to-end, including client discussions, site measurements, and execution planning
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
• Coordinate with production, installation, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Prepare BOQs / BOMs, material specifications, and approval drawings
• Ensure quality control during installation (finish, alignment, functionality, aesthetics)
• Work closely with sales and internal teams to align design intent with timelines

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in kitchen design projects
• Strong working knowledge of 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Practical experience with modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and residential interiors
• Ability to conduct site inspections and supervise installations
• Good project management and execution capability
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Own laptop for design and project work
• Must be currently based in Indore

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with premium residential or commercial kitchen projects
• Knowledge of modular fittings, hardware, finishes, and materials
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently

• Freshers, interns, or trainees
• Designers without hands-on kitchen or modular furniture experience
• Outstation or relocation candidates
• Candidates not available for face-to-face interviews in Indore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
