Junior Infrastructure Engineer

As a Junior Infrastructure Engineer at MarketStar, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Infrastructure and Security teams in drafting and maintaining essential documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), IT policies, technical architecture, and configuration documents. Your role will involve ensuring that all documentation meets internal quality standards, clarity, and consistency. A crucial aspect of your responsibilities will be to maintain version control and change logs for all documentation, as well as support internal audits by providing accurate and timely documentation as needed. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and fill documentation gaps proactively. Additionally, you will facilitate regular reviews and updates to policies and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to knowledge management systems and enhancing awareness and accessibility of documentation across the team. To excel in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Your ability to interpret technical information and articulate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders will be essential. A collaborative mindset, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, will enable you to work effectively within the team.
