Junior Hospital Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• To manage day-to-day Hospital administrative tasks to ensure smooth Hospital Administration /operations. To facilitate quality care and maintain Patient relations
• Must coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless and prompt patient care services are provided
• To liaise with other Health care professionals in the Hospital to support OP and In-patients, related to Investigations, Cross Consultations, Patient transport, Insurance follow up, Billing queries, Patient & Attenders counselling, inter hospital transfers, and bed booking.
• To manage patient wait time. Must coordinate with respective functions for quick turnaround time. Avoid delays
• To facilitate new admissions, discharges on-time and document Patient census
• To drive Patient satisfaction. Must collate Patient feedback and resolve issues if any. Must escalate unresolved Patient concerns to higher authorities
• To follow up with facility departments (Electrical, A/C, Biomedical,) for any breakdown failures and maintenance activities
• To ensure adequate staffing are posted in Housekeeping and Security services to provide clean environment, optimum care and support
• To maintain accurate records and reports on hospital activities and key performance metrics
• Must align with accreditation board compliances and regulatory requirements
• To maintain compliance and confidentiality about Hospital data

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have a

  MBA degree in Hospital and Healthcare management

  (Regular Stream)
• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts
• 0-3 yrs relevant work experience(Hospital Administration) in Multi speciality Hospital would be preferred
• Candidates with NABH and NMC work exposure shall be a value add
• Must have good communication skills | Problem Solving skills
• Must be willing to learn and upskill continuously
