The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential in supporting our creative and marketing efforts, translating our brand's technical excellence and innovative spirit into compelling visual content. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to produce high-quality design assets across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and helping to elevate our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and produce a range of marketing materials, including digital brochures, presentations, technical datasheets, and print collateral.

· Create engaging digital assets for our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and online advertising campaigns.

· Ensure all visual content strictly adheres to Precious Alloys' brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional identity.

· Prepare and manage design files for both print and digital production, liaising with vendors when necessary.

· Support the team with image editing, retouching, and formatting for various uses.

· Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication across all touch points.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

· 1-2 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.

· Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.

· A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in a B2B, manufacturing, or technology-focused company.

· Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

· Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

· Experience creating graphics for trade shows and events.
