I’m looking for someone who’s not just good with tools, but hungry, curious, and sharp about design.
We don’t care how many years of experience you have - just show me design work you’re proud of and something that solved a real brand problem.
- You’ll see your designs go live in campaigns with good budgets and wide reach.
- By this time next year, you’ll know how to build an agency from the ground up.
- You’ll get to work with brands that actually make money and create value - not just vanity work.
- Strong foundation in design principles - composition, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance.
- Comfort working within brand guidelines and extending them into creative communication.
- Proficiency in Photoshop (must) and basic familiarity with Figma (a plus).
- Savviness with Gen-ai and the curiosity to experiment with them in your workflow.
- An eye for detail and the ability to connect design choices back to brand strategy.
