Odd Enough

Hey! I’m looking for a video editor to join Odd Enough, our content agency where we craft ad films, organic content and performance creatives for d2c brands. This is a largely remote role - you’ll work from wherever you like but come down to our Hyderabad office twice a week to collaborate and brainstorm. But listen, im not just looking for another editor but someone hungry, challenging and yeah someone who can actually think like a filmmaker. Really dont care about the years of experience, just show me your edits that’s worked and something you’re proud of. What’s in it for you? -You’ll see your edits perform out in the real world with serious budgets. -By this time next year, you’ll know how to build an agency from the ground up. -You’ll get to work with brands that create real value, who actually make money. You should have:  -The ability to bring together design, storytelling, and motion in a way that feels intentional -Good eye for design - composition, typography, and visual hierarchy -An understanding that 50% of a great video is sound - and you know how to use sound design -Comfort with leveraging AI tools
