Job Description

Be responsible for concept, development and delivery of design work across print and digital channels under the guidance of our Lead Graphic Designer and the Marketing team.
Develop concepts, graphics and layouts, making decisions around fonts, images and readability based on LEDFlexs brand guidelines
Work closely with our design team, to produce designs that enhance our brand identity and connect with our audience.
Create visually compelling designs for a range of marketing materials including, but not limited to, print and digital assets, social content, web banners, info graphics and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, at varying levels (including Sales, Product, Operation and Data teams) to understand project requirements.
Develop ideas and concepts into effective designs and provide design support as needed.
Support with ad-hoc creative and design requests as instructed by the Marketing team.
Developing and maintenance of brand assets, templates and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Strong graphic design skills particularly in editorial design, typography and composition. A strong portfolio is essential.
Exhibit proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe InDesign), Figma, and more.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any design or technical issues that may arise.
Basic understanding of UI design to maintain and update the company website.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and asking for clarification when needed.
Good time management and organisational skills to keep track of ongoing projects, deadlines, and product updates.
