Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Kahani by i2c Events, your role will involve assisting the design team in developing concepts, creating event collaterals, and supporting visual execution across print and digital platforms. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing event visuals that reflect the client's vision and brand identity. Additionally, you will create print and digital assets, collaborate with various teams, maintain design quality, and stay updated on design trends in the wedding and luxury event industry. Organizing and managing design files efficiently will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualizing and designing event visuals in alignment with the client's vision and brand identity. - Create print and digital assets including invitations, branding elements, backdrops, event collaterals, and social media creatives. - Collaborate with senior designers, creative, production, and client servicing teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery. - Ensure design quality and attention to detail across all assigned projects. - Stay inspired by new design trends, colors, fonts, and layout styles in the wedding and luxury event industry. - Organize and manage design files, assets, and references efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Experience: 02 years of experience in graphic design (internship or agency experience preferred). - Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Canva is a plus. - Creativity: Strong visual sense with the ability to translate ideas into attractive, balanced compositions. - Technical Skills: Basic understanding of print layouts, digital formats, and design principles. - Speed & Accuracy: Ability to multitask and deliver quality work within deadlines. - Learning Mindset: Open to feedback, eager to experiment, and committed to growth. - Teamwork: Collaborative approach and positive attitude towards teamwork and coordination.
