Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, brochures, ads, presentations, and branding assets.
• Translate marketing and branding strategies into impactful creative designs.
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and business teams to deliver on-brand creatives.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing for healthcare or real estate domains is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with branding guidelines and campaign strategy teams.
