Junior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design a high volume of quality

  digital assets

  , including social media posts, static advertisements, website banners, email templates, and presentation decks.
• Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to

  brand guidelines

  regarding color palettes, typography, and visual style.
• Optimize graphic files for various platform specifications (e.g., website, Instagram Stories, LinkedIn posts).
• Assist the senior design team in maintaining and organizing the digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly archived.
• Work collaboratively with marketing managers to interpret creative briefs and deliver designs accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency (portfolio required) in industry-standard tools:

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)

  is essential.
• Foundational understanding of

  design principles

  (layout, color theory, typography) and digital file preparation.
• Ability to take direction, receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong, clean portfolio showcasing

  digital marketing graphics

  and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic animation tools or a willingness to learn is a strong plus.
• Experience of 2+ years needed
