Junior Designer – Big Deck Energy (BDE)

Location: South Bombay office.
Type: Full-time, in-office (hybrid flexibility when needed)

We’re Big Deck Energy — a creative studio involved in pitch decks, films, and brand storytelling. Our work sits at the intersection of cinema and design, for brands, founders, and film production houses who like their ideas beautifully told.

We’re looking for a Junior Designer who can help bring that world to life across decks, brand visuals, and AI-assisted creative projects.

What you’ll do

• Design slides, visual layouts, and treatments for brand and film decks
• Collaborate with writers and creative directors to build visual language for each project
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to create reference imagery and mockups
• Assist in building brand identities and presentation systems for clients

What we’re looking for

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication
• A strong eye for typography, layout, and colour
• Comfort with Canva / Figma / Photoshop
• Curiosity for film, storytelling, and aesthetic design
• Bonus: familiarity with AI tools or a love for cinematic visual language
