The compensation package includes a fixed CTC range of 7LPA along with a variable component of 1LPA. As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will be required to have expertise in Node.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Proficiency in JavaScript, Next.js, and React is essential for frontend development, while Node.js and PostgreSQL skills are crucial for backend services and API development. In addition to technical skills, we are looking for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic startup environment.
