Junior Financial Accountant

You will be joining Cube Green Energy (CGE), a pan-European energy transition company dedicated to driving the transition towards a zero-carbon economy. CGE specializes in developing, repowering, constructing, and operating wind and solar farms, along with investing in innovative technologies like battery storage and green hydrogen. The primary goal of CGE is to establish a dependable renewable power infrastructure to hasten the journey towards a sustainable future. As an Associate Financial Accountant based in Hyderabad, your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of the monthly close process for UK entities, including tasks like bank reconciliation and accruals postings. - Monitoring the monthly results for UK entities and providing explanations for any variances. - Preparing the statutory accounts for UK entities. - Ensuring reconciliation of intercompany transactions across the Group. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role or a background in external audit. - A degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification. - Previous experience in preparing Financial Statements for UK entities under UK GAAP and/or IFRS. - Ideally, a recent CA graduate. - Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience in NetSuite considered advantageous. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - A collaborative mindset with the capability to work independently as necessary.
