Junior Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Designer at our company, you will be responsible for managing the design process from conception to final styling. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, as well as collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts. Your ability to handle all social media handles and create engaging content is crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the design process from conception to final styling - Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques - Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes and create new concepts - Ensuring products align with the business strategy by selecting fabrics and trims - Creating production sketches for development packages - Collaborating with technical designers to ensure accuracy of development packages - Reviewing products for style and fit during presentations - Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the fashion design industry - Previous experience working in the ecommerce sector is mandatory - Diploma in Fashion Design is preferred - Total work experience of 6 months is required, with specific experience in fashion design of 16 months Should you join our team, you will be expected to work full-time from Monday to Saturday, with morning shifts.
