Junior Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure 100% fulfilment of website order sales.
• Working experience on SAP Billing, settlements, MR, DMR, SR and Complimentary billing (end to end process)
• Ensure proper packaging and despatch.
• Customer care management Addressing the grievances within timelines.
• Effective communication with customers, Website Development Team, Shipping partners and Payment gateway partners.
• Inventory Management at Depots - Maintaining sufficient quantity of required SKUs in depots located in different states
• Implementing the offers in websites on special occasions to improve sales
• Coordinating with depot In-charges.
• Primary focus on improving the sales and damage control.
• Preparing reports based on Analytics
• Initiating the refund amount for any damage as per company policy.

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible for improvising the website sales in an efficient and effective way to ensure growth in companys sales year on year.

Ensure continuous support to increase the website sales growth.

• Ensure to follow the guidelines given by HOD.
• To ensure follow proper timelines in fulfilling orders received from website.

• SAP working experience
• Experience related to FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Ms-office (especially in Excel)
• Good communication skills Telugu, English, Hindi
