Junior Executive - Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team support and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential target markets.

3. Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

4. Assist in managing and updating the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging content.

5. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

7. Support the merchandising team in coordinating product displays and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing initiatives.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to propose innovative ideas.

Requirement:

1. Master degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Strong passion for marketing, merchandising, and business development.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
