Junior Executive – E-commerce (Online Sales)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

- 🛒 Manage and update product listings (descriptions, prices, images).

- 📦 Monitor stock and coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams.

- 🚚 Track orders, returns, and resolve customer queries.

- 🎯 Assist with online promotions and sales campaigns.

- 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

- 📊 Generate basic sales reports and performance metrics.

- 📚 Stay updated on e-commerce guidelines and best practices.

✅ Requirements:

- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.

- 🧾 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).

- 🖥️ Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.

- 🧠 Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

- 💬 Good communication and coordination skills.
