Junior Estimator

As a Junior Estimator at our company in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in construction estimates and cost analysis. Your role will involve assisting senior estimators with various tasks such as quantity takeoffs, cost calculations, and material/labor pricing. Additionally, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing reports and bid summaries, as well as coordinating with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior estimators with quantity takeoffs, cost calculations, and material/labor pricing - Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Prepare simple reports, bid summaries, and vendor price comparisons - Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and data - Keep documentation organized and accurate - Learn estimation processes through hands-on training Qualifications: - Expected to graduate in 2025 (Diploma or Degree in civil engineering preferred) - Strong basic math and computer skills (proficiency in Excel is a plus) - Ability to read drawings or willingness to learn - Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn - Local to Tirupur, Erode, or Coimbatore In addition to a monthly salary ranging from 12,500 to 15,000 based on performance, you will also receive free accommodation and meals.
