Junior Estimator

You will be working as a Junior Estimator at Mark Comprehensive LLP, located in Calicut, Kerala. Mark Comprehensive is a leading facade solutions provider with operations in Oman, UAE, Iraq, KSA, and India, specializing in designing, fabricating, and installing architectural aluminum and glass systems for various projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct cost analysis for different types of work to prepare tenders. - Choose the price and source of facade materials. - Confirm site measurements. - Perform project job costing. - Provide timely reports to higher authorities. - Prepare cutting lists and coordinate with the workshop team. - Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ). - Attend meetings with contractors and main consultants for drawing details. - Monitor and control project progress. - Identify project risks and potential cost variations. - Coordinate and execute tasks effectively. **Qualifications:** - B-Tech in Civil Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field. - Full-time job.
