Descriptif missionObjective: To confirm the grit blasting and thermal spray operations, by performing the tasks according to the applicable documents Responsibilities: To escalate the operation issues related to grit blasting and thermal spray to the superiors To perform the grit blasting operation on the applicable production parts To perform the Plasma spray & HVOF spray on the applicable production parts To confirm the manufacturing operation related to grit blasting and thermal spray in manufacturing routers Realize, update & store Manufacturing routers Update the record sheets, the tooling lists, daily/weekly maintenance checklist and all other documents necessary for sand blasting & coating operation on parts Maintaining proper 5s of the working area Follow safety regulations To understand the requirements of the process against the customer To understand the standards of the process To identify the areas for the improvement To suggest the improvement for the productivity, Quality, Cost To maintain the machinery, equipment for safe and effective working To maintain the tooling Behavioral Skills: Ability to convince, taking Initiative, Sense of Responsibility, Adaptability-flexibility, Creativity, Perseverance, Precise, Self-confidence, Self-motivation, etc. Comfortable with ambiguity and limited instruction Should be comfortable with multiple tasks Must be comfortable to perform Physical work i.e Cleaning of fixtures & seals etc.Thermal Spray , Grit Blasting , Plasma Spray, HVOF Spray , Metcoi Multicoat system awareness. Aerospace domain experience .
