1. Maintenance experience on Reactors, ANFD , Centrifuge, Vacuum Pumps.
2. Preventive maintenance on reactors.
3. Conducting Equipment Qualifications and Re-qualifications as per the schedules.
4. Good knowledge about CGMP and SOPS.
5. Good experience on preventive maintenance systems to reduce equipment downtime.
6. Good vendor identification and coordination.
7. Knowledge in SAP.
8. Maintaining equipment's parameters and its supporting documentation.
9. Maintenance of all process equipment's.
10. Should have experience in Pharma/ Chemical industry experience.
11. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
12. Troubleshoot mechanical systems using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
