Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Mechanical Engineer or Draftsman to join our team in Kalol, Gujarat. This position is central to designing components for large-scale international projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SolidWorks, with a strong focus on designing precise and manufacturable sheet metal components to meet global standards. Key Responsibilities Design, model, and detail mechanical components and complex assemblies, contributing to large-scale projects for global clients. Create accurate 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks, ensuring proper use of the Sheet Metal module. Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) and detailed specifications, adhering to both Indian and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASME). Interface directly with international teams and clients in regions such as Australia and the USA to ensure design intent and manufacturability meet specific project requirements. Review and update existing engineering documentation and specifications. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in an automotive industry setting. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Engineering Physics field. Proficiency in Solid Works, Sheetmetal And Fabrication, Drawing Standards, Tolerance, DFMA, and Excellent English communication skills.
