Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in daily on-site supervision to ensure smooth project progress and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution of tasks.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Support senior engineers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Assist in resolving site-level issues and escalate major concerns to project leads.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to project execution, compliance, and inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction.
• Familiarity with construction practices, materials, and on-site coordination.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, software, and MS Office.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and construction standards.
