Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using MS Project or equivalent planning software.
Track project progress and prepare DLR, MPR, and DPR reports for management review.
Coordinate with the QS and site teams for manpower and resource planning.
Assist in material planning and ensure timely submission of indents.
Maintain updated drawings, schedules, and logs in a centralized system.
Manage and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and Material Approval Status (MAS).
Prepare and regularly update procurement registers, especially for long-lead materials.
Maintain MIS reports and ensure material reconciliation in coordination with the QS team.
Support logistics planning and actively participate in project review meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
15 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project (basic to intermediate level).
Strong understanding of scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
