Junior Engineer - Injection Molding

Job Description

1. Must be known Injection molding processing and Identify process needs for new product development. 2. Line out all production process in timely manner with minimal wastage. 3. Maintain product quality and cycle time by continual Observation and control temperature, pressure, and speed to according raw material. 4. Minimize Troubleshoot of quality and processing problems and make correction accordingly. 5. Follow the Daily maintenance and cleaning schedule of machines and auxiliaries equipment. 6. Must be able to measure machine performance, scrap, waste and downtime accurately. 7. Generating and following production documentation such as assembly instructions, Process data etc. 8. Generate and follow Reports for down time and possible trends. 9. Assist mold change over and focus to reduce SMED time. 10. Maintain 5s in the plant and its cleanness. 11. Ready to work in any shift & department. 12. Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
