Junior Engineer - Furniture Company

Salary Range: 45,000 - 50,000 MNTHLY

Role-

• We are seeking a Junior Engineer Product Development to support the engineering and technical
• aspects of product development.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, CAD software proficiency, and a keen interest in manufacturing processes.
• This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, and production optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in product development, prototyping, and engineering validation.

• Support in CAD/CAM modeling, technical drawings, and BOM preparation.

• Work closely with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams, including Concept Design,

Product Development, and Production.

• Conduct material selection, structural analysis, and design feasibility studies.
• Assist in design validation, testing, and process optimization to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance production efficiency.
• Document design changes, engineering challenges, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to contribute to

product innovation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Pytha (willingness to adapt to Pytha).

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
