Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in product development, prototyping, and engineering validation. Support in CAD/CAM modeling, technical drawings, and BOM preparation. Work closely with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams, including Concept Design, Product Development, and Production. Conduct material selection, structural analysis, and design feasibility studies. Assist in design validation, testing, and process optimization to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance production efficiency. Document design changes, engineering challenges, and process improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to contribute to product innovation. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Pytha (willingness to adapt to Pytha). Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in problem-solving. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
