Job Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in automotive production lines.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery, robots, conveyors,
CNC/PLC machines
, VFDs, and control panels.
Monitor and maintain HT/LT power distribution, transformers, circuit breakers, and utility equipment.
Ensure minimum downtime by quick response to electrical issues during production.
Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machines and automation systems.
Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, breakdown history, and spare consumption.
Implement safety standards and energy efficiency measures in the plant.
Work closely with production and mechanical teams to ensure smooth line operations.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with
PLC, SCADA, VFDs, Robotics, and Automation systems
in automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and wiring diagrams.
Experience in
TPM, Kaizen, 5S, ISO/TS 16949
practices.
Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and minimize machine downtime.
Good communication
and team collaboration skills.
