Junior Engineer – Dimensional Accuracy (QA)

Responsible for:

• Dimensional conformance of New pattern equipment and New components.
• Dimensional conformance of Existing pattern equipment and existing components. Conformance to specification of molding and core making equipment.
• Defect analysis and defect prevention of internally rejected castings and customer rejected castings.
• Resolving customer complaints due to dimensional deviation at customer premises.
• Lay out inspection of a) new pattern equipment b) New castings
• Periodic inspection of existing pattern equipment as per inspection plan.
• Periodic Lay Out inspection of current production components as per inspection plan Design and preparation of gauges for Critical dimensional inspection for Final inspection of castings as and when required
• Periodic inspection of Match plate bushes, mold box bushes, Mold box pins, mold process and core process equipment and inspection gauges for Final inspection
• Defect analysis of rejected and rework-able castings defect-wise and initiating corrective preventive action to minimize rejections.
• Defect analysis of rejected/rework-able castings from customers and co-ordinate with QMS personnel to fix the Root cause and initiate CAPA to enable QMS personnel to communicate to customer.
• Record all corrections/alterations to pattern equipment in Pattern History Card.
• Use ERP for maintaining data and records related to your job.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
