Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Execute activities in adherence to defined work policies and methodologies.
Complete required work policy certifications related to assigned activities within one year.
Minimize wastage of materials, manpower, and other resources through efficient resource management.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely updates through daily progress reports.
Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) standards.
Conduct thorough checks before, during, and after execution of all activities to maintain quality and compliance.
Coordinate effectively with contractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Escalate and report daily operational issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
Capable of managing a minimum of two major activities simultaneously.

B. Tech/ BE (Civil) with 2-3 years relevant experience in
Mivan Structures
in the construction of
High Rise residential buildings
and
High End villas
in
Real Estate Industry
Drawing Study
