Job Description

Performing operations related to Aerospace assembly components. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve a result.

Site Overview:
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defence and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Shall have experience in fabrication & fasteners assembly. Capable of validating and ensuring customer specification compliance, knowing GE, RR, Boeing requirements will be an added advantage.

  • Shall have experience in assembly process. Capable of establishing different riveting, insulations, inserts, links, clips assemblies.

  • Shall have experience in drawing evaluation and providing inputs essential for assembly process establishment.

  • Ability to analyze defects, identify root causes and provide efficient solution and implement CAPA.

  • Basic knowledge of stainless steel and Inconel tube and sheet fabrication in aviation industry.

  • Working experience with GE Aviation P Specifications.

  • Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.

  • Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site.

  • Responsible for FAI prove outs and creating new assembly procedures/MOS’s for the same.


The Ideal Candidate:

Candidate with an experience of fabrication & fasteners assembly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Aviation Tubes and Ducts, Fabrication Industry and assembly components

  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in PDC Problem solving tools
