Job Description

Job Title: Junior E-commerce Executive (D2C & Marketplace Operations)

Junior E-commerce Executive

This role is suitable for candidates with early-stage experience in e-commerce operations who are comfortable with execution, coordination, and multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage daily orders on
Shopify (D2C)
Assist with order verification, COD call confirmations, and dispatch coordination
Support product listings on
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal
Update product prices, stock, and basic listing content
Coordinate packaging and shipping with warehouse/logistics partners
Track deliveries, returns, RTOs, and exchanges
Handle basic customer support related to orders, delivery, and refunds
Maintain inventory updates across platforms
Create short
reels/videos for product promotions
Design basic creatives using
Canva
for e-commerce and social media use

Required Skills:

0- 1 year experience in e-commerce or online selling operations
Basic knowledge of
Shopify
and Indian marketplaces
Understanding of order processing, COD workflows, and customer coordination
Hands-on experience with
Canva
Experience or interest in creating
Instagram Reels / short product videos
Good communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in an operations-driven environment
Must be willing to learn, multi-task, and deal with problems daily

Preferred Skills:

Experience with logistics or courier coordination
Exposure to inventory management
Prior experience in a D2C brand or e-commerce startup

Education:

Any graduate / diploma (commerce or business background preferred)

Industry:

E-commerce / Internet / Retail / D2C Brand
