About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Junior Drafter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, supporting project execution, and collaborating closely with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality designs.
Qualifications ITI or Diploma in Civil/Architecture or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in drafting and detailing

Core Skills Required

Drafting of architectural and structural drawings Detailing work for design execution Providing technical support during project execution Coordination with project team for design updates and revisions
(Any of the following)
Revit / 3DS Max / SketchUp / Coohom Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / D5 Render

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and revise technical drawings as per project requirements Ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings to meet industry standards Maintain drawing records and documentation Assist in site execution by providing updated plans and details Work collaboratively with the design and project management teams Trivandrum, Kerala

Salary Range:

20,000 30,000 per month

B.Arch / M.Arch Minimum 2 years in architecture, design, or related field Architectural design and space planning Drafting and detailing for construction Execution support and site coordination Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques Develop design concepts and produce detailed architectural drawings Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated designs Assist in preparation of 3D visualizations and presentation boards Support execution teams with detailed drawings and clarifications Ensure design compliance with building codes and project requirements DRAFTER / VISUALIZER / DESIGNER TRAINEE Trivandrum, Kerala
