As a Digital Marketer, your role involves planning and executing online campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engines, and email to promote products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include market research, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance analysis, all while collaborating with teams and optimizing strategies based on data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. - Content Creation: Develop compelling and brand-consistent content for websites, social media, emails, and ads. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Search (SEM/PPC): Run SEO campaigns to improve organic visibility and manage paid search advertising to drive targeted traffic. - Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles, create engaging content, and conduct audits to ensure best practices. - Email Marketing: Prepare and send email campaigns and newsletters to customers and prospects. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key online marketing metrics, analyze data, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders. - Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, identify trends, and discover new growth opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with business goals. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems. - Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize campaigns. - Creative Skills: Capacity to brainstorm new ideas and create engaging content. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other departments.
