Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing paid ads, tracking performance, and implementing digital strategies that support branding, visibility, and business growth. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong hands-on experience in various digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media pages, content calendars, daily posting, and audience engagement.

• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to achieve lead-generation and sales targets.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare detailed weekly performance reports.

• Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Implement SEO strategies, track keyword performance, and increase organic website visibility.

• Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve campaign strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media management.

• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, analytics, and reporting tools.

• Strong communication, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Expertise in performance ads (Meta & Google Ads).

• Social media management & content planning.

• SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

• Content writing and basic creative coordination skills.

• Strong time-management, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
