Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all digital platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Research market trends, competitors and audience insights to refine marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers welcome)
• Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with key platforms and content best practices
• Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement
• Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools
• Team Spirit: Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to collaborate across teams

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Compensation: Based on skills and experience, as per company standards
