Junior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Support serverless architectures using AWS Lambda or equivalent cloud services.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, deployments, and environmental issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and secure software delivery.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with automation/scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and Linux systems.
• Experience with serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Exposure to container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
