Junior Designer (Terra Luna)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation of seasonal mood boards, trend research, and inspiration decks to guide collection development. Support the development of prototypes and design iterations based on established brand aesthetics and market trends. Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer to curate and evolve seasonal collections. Translate brand vision and core USPs into meaningful product design narratives. Creation of detailed tech packs, seasonal range planning documents, and execution of graphic design elements as required. Provide design support to cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and production as required. Maintain organized design archives, materials, and reference documents. Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual composition. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral draw). Passion for design research, color theory, and textile/material exploration. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
