Junior Designer

Role Overview: As a Junior Designer, you will play a crucial role in visual storytelling and leading creative ideas in a dynamic and high-growth brand environment. Your main responsibility will be to bring bold design concepts to life across various platforms including digital, print, and retail, thus influencing how our brand is perceived by the world. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of design projects across social media, packaging, print, retail, and digital platforms - Lead the creation of brand assets and ensure high-quality visual execution - Drive visual narratives across marketing, product, and content, shaping campaigns from concept to final design - Uphold and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all designs align with brand standards and enhance our presence - Participate in brainstorming sessions, create moodboards, craft mockups, and develop layouts to showcase creative leadership - Seek feedback, stay updated on design trends, and refine expertise in branding, typography, layout, and color theory - Utilize proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to deliver projects accurately and on time - Maintain an organized library of design files and templates to facilitate efficient workflow across teams Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a design or branding role - Portfolio demonstrating smart branding work and strong design skills - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required; familiarity with Figma is a plus - Natural eye for design, typography, and emerging creative trends - Strong time management, autonomy, and problem-solving skills - Self-starter attitude with a passion for creative ownership and making an impact Additional Details: You will enjoy benefits such as ESI, PF, and Health Insurance in return for your contribution to the team.,
