Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Designer based in Jammu. The Junior Designer will assist with conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design drafts, gathering materials, collaborating with senior designers, and presenting visual concepts. The role also involves staying updated on design trends and refining designs based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, autocad ,Sketchup, rendering softwares)
• Knowledge of space planning, interior concepts, and design layout
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing designs
• Solid communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• Effective time-management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback while also contributing innovative ideas
• Knowledge in sustainable design principles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
