Role 1: Junior Interior Designer / Architect Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer / Architect located in Jammu. The Junior Interior Designer / Architect will assist with space planning, furniture and FF&E (Fixtures, Furnishings & Equipment) selection, and design development. They will also be responsible for handling client meetings, coordinating with vendors, ensuring site technicalities are executed as per design, and preparing detailed design presentations. The role requires working closely with the senior team to deliver innovative solutions and ensure projects meet client requirements. Responsibilities • Assist in space planning, design concepts, and FF&E selection • Conduct site visits and ensure work is aligned with drawings and specifications • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely execution • Handle client interactions, gather requirements, and present design solutions • Support in preparing presentations, mood boards, and material selections • Collaborate with the design team on innovative solutions Qualifications • Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning • Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, and FF&E selection • Understanding of site technicalities and construction drawings • Strong communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field (preferred) • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Role 2: Draftsman Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman located in Jammu. The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documents based on design inputs. They will support the design team by translating concepts into precise technical drawings used for execution on site. Responsibilities • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for layouts, furniture, elevations, and sections • Create technical drawings and working drawings for execution teams • Ensure accuracy in measurements, scale, and technical detailing • Coordinate with site engineers and designers to make corrections and revisions • Maintain drawing records and update revisions as needed • Provide support to the design team for presentations and execution drawings Qualifications • Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drafting • Knowledge of construction details and working drawings • Ability to read and interpret architectural / interior drawings • Strong attention to accuracy and detail • Diploma / Certificate in Draftsmanship, Interior Design, or related field • Experience in SketchUp or 3D visualization software is a plus
